BED BUGS
A focused canine search for odor associated with bed bug activity, useful for residences, multi-unit properties, hospitality environments, and targeted follow-up.
PSWC DETECTION SERVICES
FIND THE SOURCE. VERIFY THE RESULT.
Purpose-trained canine detection for bed bugs, mold, and termites. PSWC helps homeowners, property managers, hospitality operators, and other clients identify areas of canine interest and return after remediation for a follow-up search.
TARGET ODORS
THREE DETECTION SERVICES.
Canine searches are designed to complement—not replace—qualified pest-control, mold-assessment, laboratory, or remediation professionals when those services are required.
MOLD
Canine odor detection used to identify areas of interest that may warrant further investigation or testing by an appropriately qualified professional.
TERMITES
A non-destructive canine search intended to identify areas of interest for further evaluation by a licensed pest-management professional where required.
HOW IT WORKS
DETECT. RESOLVE. VERIFY.
PSWC stays focused on canine detection. Treatment, remediation, destructive inspection, laboratory testing, and regulated pest-control work remain with the appropriate outside professionals.
DETECT
PSWC performs the initial canine search and documents areas where the dog gives a trained response.
RESOLVE
If the search identifies an area of interest, the client works with the appropriate pest-control, mold, inspection, or remediation provider.
VERIFY
After the work is complete, PSWC can return for a post-remediation canine search and provide a dated record of that re-inspection.
DOCUMENTATION
DATED. TRACEABLE. EASY TO UNDERSTAND.
The planned PSWC documentation system will record the date and scope of a completed follow-up canine search. It will describe what was searched and the canine result observed on that date.
PSWC is currently developing the final wording and verification format for this documentation. The service is not presented as a guarantee that a property is permanently free of pests or mold.
